Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your Synchronicity purchase or gift for any reason, you may return products that are new or lightly used within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund to your original payment method, subject to applicable conditions.

Most returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 days of our receipt of the brush, provided a copy of the proof of purchase receipt is included with your return.

Please note that once a brush is used even once, it cannot be resold, and the return represents a total loss for our business.

However, we believe so strongly in the quality of our brush that we are willing to take that risk!

We only ask that you give the brush a fair try before returning it and take a moment to view our instructional video on how to use the brush.
