Most returns will be refunded to your original payment method  within 10 days of our receipt of the brush, provided a copy of the proof of purchase receipt is included with your return.

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or contains a significant manufacturing defect, we will replace your brush within 10 business days.

During the Month of November (Black Friday Month)Shipping is free when shipping to anywhere in The USA. This is for flat rate standard United States postal office shipping that does not include expedited shipping. We ship out of San Diego California. If you live on the east coast shipping could take 7 to 9 days depending on holidays and weather. We do not ship internationally.
